Acts 2:42 says, "And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers." That word "fellowship" comes from the Greek word
"koinōnia" which literally brings with it the meaning "communion with one another". I believe that I can honestly say that this is what took place this past Sunday night at our spring church picnic! We moved from the traditional service to a more laid back setting at the Whitten Center here in Fulton and fellowshipped one with another. And what a time that we had! Good food, good friends and good fellowship!

Let me say "Thank You" to all who brought food and especially to Danny and Jamie for spending the afternoon preparing this wonderful feast! You guys outdid yourselves!
It is times like these that allow our hearts to become closer as a family. So, I want to encourage us to make sure that we fellowship as a church more often. That we take the opportunity to spend time together as a family. Because indeed, it is times like these that strengthen our family even greater than before!
Blessings,
Bro. Scott
